Customer Service Representative for Rental Car Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Lot Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

  • Inventorying cars at airport lots using a mobile handheld device to accurately track vehicle status and other relevant information.
  • Entering critical details into the device to maintain up-to-date records and support informed decision-making.
  • Providing top-notch customer service by assisting clients with their needs and ensuring seamless interactions throughout the rental process.

    • To succeed in this role, you must possess :

  • A valid driver's license and basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
  • The willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • The ability to stand, walk, and move extensively throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
  • Previous experience in retail customer service, particularly in fast-paced environments, is a significant asset.
