Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning business objectives with HR best practices to foster a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do :

• Strategic Partner : Collaborate with leaders to understand business direction and develop HR plans that support departmental needs, address weaknesses, and capitalize on opportunities.
• Employee Relations Expert : Serve as a resource to employees and management, proactively addressing concerns and facilitating equitable resolutions.
• Labor Relations Advocate : Provide guidance on policy interpretation and collective bargaining agreements, working closely with our Employee / Labor Relations Center of Expertise (COE).
• Performance & Leadership Coach : Offer advice, feedback, and development to improve the effectiveness of leaders and their teams.
• Change Champion : Drive HR initiatives and programs, partnering with the HR team and COEs to deliver value-added services.
• Culture Cultivator : Integrate our mission, vision, and values into daily practices, fostering a positive and engaged work culture.
