CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Process Automation position for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Duration : 12 months. Responsibilities include leading RPA pilot engagements, managing resources, priorities, and deliverables in a matrix environment. Building client relationships, conducting executive workshops, and addressing RPA adoption hurdles. Applying automation technologies, AI / GenAI, and business case development to deliver solutions. Using cloud-based collaborative delivery platforms and IBM Consulting Advantage for consistent, repeatable results. Managing multiple tasks, mitigating risks, and adapting quickly to dynamic situations.

Required Skills : Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint, AI & Data Analytics, strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills, excellent executive-level communication.

Experience : Leading complex programs in dynamic environments, supporting cross-functional teams, and managing multiple priorities independently. Applying technical / business expertise to identify impacts and develop mitigation plans. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
