Key Responsibilities

Evolve and maintain the unique voice of the product across multiple channels

Lead member communications, including updates, release notes, and educational content

Establish processes for copywriting related to new features and contribute to the writing style guide

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in voice, tone, and content strategy

5+ years of experience in professional writing, content design, or copywriting

Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into clear language

Experience collaborating with stakeholders such as designers and product managers

Portfolio showcasing UX writing and / or content samples
