This job is a member of the Lending Solutions team within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for working directly with Loan Officers and American Airlines Credit Union members to make the lending experience the best it can be.
What You'll Do
- Answers a high volume of calls in the Phone Loan Department
 - Collects data and documentation for loan applications in compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures and NCUA regulations
 - Inputs data in LINK loan origination system
 - Closes and disburses loan funds
 - Cross sells additional loan products
 - Completes electronic documents
 - Processes mail, faxes and emails
 - May be required to work a rotating Saturday schedule
 - The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his / her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Previous lending experience in a credit union, bank or finance companyPrevious knowledge of Synapsys, LINK and Episys systemsPrevious understanding of pay statements, vehicle purchase orders and credit reportsPrevious experience in a sales-culture environmentSkills, Licenses & Certifications
