Pay Rate : $23.44 / hr (W2)
Duration : 6 Months (with possible extension)
Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH )

Position Summary
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Wealth Management Specialty Operations team. This group provides critical operational support for Brokerage and Private Bank accounts, focusing on the processing, reconciliation, and balancing of note / mortgage, vendor, and client oil & gas payments within the Specialty Asset Management line of business.
The role involves moderately complex account activities including onboarding, maintenance, and operational support, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong problem solver, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provide quality service and effective operational support to internal business partners and external clients.
- Process, reconcile, and balance payments related to mortgages, vendors, and oil & gas clients.
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Handle moderately complex issues and escalate when appropriate.
- Develop subject matter expertise and support process improvements.
