Job Description Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, providing essential care in a mixed-function unit encompassing Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Maternal-Baby areas. This role will involve pre-operative, circulating, and post-operative responsibilities primarily for Cesarean sections. Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care for patients in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum. Manage and monitor patients throughout labor and delivery, employing appropriate interventions as necessary. Perform cervical exams and place internal fetal monitoring devices. Administer titratable medications, including Pitocin, Insulin, and Heparin as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required. Labor and Delivery experience is essential, including cervical exams and fetal scalp electrode / intrauterine pressure catheter placement. Ability to work with a diverse patient population including normal vaginal deliveries, repeat C-sections, and patients with higher-risk conditions. Why ARMStaffing?
