Our facility has a complete machine shop with CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Wire EDM and 3D printing. We can even perform reverse engineering for hard-to-find items.

Job Summary : Set up and run CNC Lathes

Essential Duties : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily :

• Safely and competently setup and operate CNC lathes with minimal supervision and technical guidance.
• Perform part inspections as necessary to ensure quality of work and continually monitor parts production to ensure adherence to blueprint tolerances using appropriate inspection tools and criteria.
• Deburr parts after machining operation to meet required specifications.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion and perform basic preventative maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain correct daily labor time recording and AS9100-related quality documents.
• Perform other general shop duties or assist other departments as business demands require.

Education / Experience :

Physical Requirements : I ncludes regular exposure to manufacturing areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators.
