WHAT YOUR DAY AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT LOOKS LIKE

As an RBT, your day is filled with purpose. You collect and track data that shows real progress, follow individualized plans crafted by your BCBA, and apply creative behavioral interventions that truly make a difference. You use positive reinforcement to encourage growth, celebrate wins-big and small-and document every step along the way. Each interaction you have helps a child move closer to their goals, and that's the kind of reward you can feel proud of every single day.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - RBT

This behavioral professional works a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm.
