We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individualsCollect and record data on client progress and behaviorAssist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goalsCollaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approachSupport clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skillsMaintain a safe and positive therapeutic environmentExperience
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferredFamiliarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniquesKnowledge of behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniquesAbility to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accuratelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills and attention to detailRequirements
