What role you will play in our team

We are looking for production engineers in the oil and gas industry to support ExxonMobil's global portfolio of Deepwater, Conventional, Unconventional & Heavy Oil assets.

What you will do

• Lead / collaborate with engineers and operators on global teams to analyze well / field performance and advise on production optimization.
• Lead / collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams of reservoir, facilities, wells, and operations engineers to identify and execute opportunities for production debottlenecking and operations schedule optimization.
• Champion effective production optimization by proactively engaging with stakeholders to address challenges, deliver solutions and process improvements.
• Lead / support periodic assessments of field production system health to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead / support operator teams for operations schedule optimization, reinstate offline volumes, capacity enhancement, production planning, and downtime optimization.
• Develop, deploy, sustain and apply technologies for oilfield production optimization using data-driven or physics-based methods.
• Conduct screening economic evaluations of well intervention and stimulation operations.
• Manage production data, measurement and allocation quality assurance.
• Influence prioritization and support enhancement of proprietary production engineering technology.
• Develop technical capabilities of team members through training and mentoring.
