Provides efficient, accurate, and effective customer focused communication services, pre-registration of new patients and verification of registration for established patients. Obtains insurance eligibility verification for all patients. Verifies insurance benefits and obtains referral authorizations. Provides routine and complex financial counseling to patients, researches routine and complex billing issues. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
