Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success.

Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For :

  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business by phones sales and cold calling
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Always be appointment ready as our leads are often ready to look at homes right away
  • Attend team meetings at our Milwaukee office to collaborate with your team
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Qualifications

We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have :

  • Valid WI Real Estate License
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Property and relevant laws and regulations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
