Personal Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support. Key Responsibilities :
- Clerical Work : Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
- Scheduling : Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and send reminders.
- Email Management : Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping : Maintain and update information in Excel spreadsheets and other databases.
- Customer Service : Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Administrative Support : Assist staff and departments with routine tasks and document management.
- Project Assistance : Support ongoing projects and special assignments as directed.
- Coordination : Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments and external contacts.
