Job Overview
DCC Transit Works Inc is looking for a seasoned and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex public and industrial infrastructure projects. As a key member of the Project Management team, you’ll manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness are maintained at every stage. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and committed to building trust through expert execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and logistics.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Ensure all work complies with contract documents and applicable regulations.
Lead weekly project meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.
Monitor site safety, perform regular inspections, and enforce OSHA compliance.
Resolve on-site issues, delays, and material or labor conflicts efficiently.
Maintain positive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage project close-out, including punch lists and final inspections.
Participate in estimating and bidding processes as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven ability to manage industrial and / or government construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents.
Experience working with prevailing wage projects is a plus.
