Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is seeking an experiencedConstruction Workerto join our growing team. We specialize in roadway lighting, traffic signals, and sports lighting projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. If you have hands-on skills inconcrete work, excavation, trenching, conduit installation, and pole setting, this is your opportunity to build a career with a proven industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performconcrete forming, pouring, and finishingfor foundations, pads, and pole bases.
  • Conductexcavation and trenchingfor conduits and electrical installations.
  • Installunderground conduits, ducts, and racewaysto specifications.
  • Assist inpole setting and riggingusing equipment such as cranes, bucket trucks, and digger derricks.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, including trenchers, saws, drills, and jackhammers.
  • Read and followblueprints, site plans, and specifications.
  • Work effectively as part of a field crew under supervision of a foreman.
  • Follow all company and OSHAsafety policiesat all times.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in concrete, excavation, trenching, and pole setting(required).
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.
  • Strong work ethic with willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and overhead work.
  • Valid drivers license; CDL preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience on roadway lighting, utility, or construction projects is a plus.
