TS / SCI Network Administrator III (WAN) (Day Shift)

Network Administrator

Insight Global is looking for Network Administrators for a government contract. These individuals will be working on a military base doing all network and system support for all of the Air Force. The day to day is as follows :

• Analyzes and simulates network traffic to aide in problem resolution or to test updated configurations in virtual or physical lab environments.
• Monitors system utilization and circuit bandwidth then reports anomalies to Government team leads.
• Develop, execute, modify or remove scripts to assist in automation of tasks, as possible.
• Review and document all workload activities per incident or change request to eliminate re-work or for auditing / investigation purposes.
• Notify appropriate Information Technical Equipment Custodian (ITEC) or Property Custodian (PC), in writing, within 4 hours for all accountable item moves.
• Neatly bundle and conceal all excess system or peripheral cabling after each installation or repair.
