Client Service Associate

A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to provide excellent service to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client requests promptly and accurately

Assist Advisors with client meeting preparations and follow-up tasks

Process account applications, transfers, and maintain client data in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

2 years of financial services experience

Adept with technology and third-party software

Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience in a paperless office environment is preferred
