Job Description

Overview : As a Software Test Engineer on the Innovation team, you'll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and product designers to ensure the quality and reliability of our AAC device software. You'll be responsible for developing and executing both manual and automated test plans, validating new features, catching regressions, and helping us ship confidently. You'll play a key role in shaping how we test, ensuring every release supports a better experience for the people who rely on our products every day.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of product features within your cross-functional Innovation team.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on Hub and related applications.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, PyTest).
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve testability and clarify acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with customer support and engineering to reproduce and triage reported issues.
• Contribute to the evolution of our test infrastructure and tooling.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide visibility into test coverage and quality status.

Travel

Travel is required for the annual company meeting and team off-site, within the continental United States, approximately twice per year.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency

At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $77,000 and $88,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
