What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor QC staff, ensuring high analytical and GMP standards.
• Oversee method validation, transfer, and data integrity initiatives.
• Serve as QC SME during regulatory and client audits.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and R&D to ensure smooth product release.
• Champion continuous improvement, documentation accuracy, and lab modernization.
