We seek technical builders eager to engage with early-stage startups and guide them through their growth journey. In this position, you will collaborate directly with a variety of exciting customers, providing strategic advice and assisting them in making informed technical choices. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and building long-term relationships is crucial.

As part of the Generative AI Startups team, you will empower customers to harness AWS technologies for the development, training, tuning, and deployment of next-generation generative AI models at scale.

In addition to client interactions, you'll have the opportunity to learn about new technologies continually. With over 200 services available, it's vital to assist startups in selecting the most suitable options. You will also serve as a liaison between our clients and product teams to ensure we develop the right tools and features for our startup ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Guiding a diverse range of generative AI-fueled startups in adopting optimal architectures throughout their lifecycle.
• Assisting startups in architecting scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
• Encouraging the use of a wide array of AWS services to drive business value and growth.
• Contributing to the evolution and roadmap of AWS offerings, ensuring customer feedback informs our engineering teams.
• Fostering and expanding technical relationships within the startup community, including incubators, accelerators, and VCs.
• Creating tailored technical content, such as blog posts and sample code, to help customers address technical challenges and expedite their time-to-market.

Compensation is market-dependent, with a base pay ranging from $118,200 / year to $204,300 / year, factoring in job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensatory elements may also include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position will remain open until filled.
