About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Compensation to join their team. Applicants for the Head of Compensation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' of compensation experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the insurance or financial services industry. A proven track record of at least 4 years' in people management, particularly in leading high-performing teams, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of compensation strategy, analytics, and governance, as well as strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
