DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Service Specialist who can provide a world-class customer service experience in our Coatesville, PA office.

Primary Job Functions :
- Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule customer appointments
- Call customers to confirm appointments
- Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed
- Handle filing system to ensure effective, accurate, and easily retrievable documentation
- Invoicing
- Collaborate and support the team to provide responsive customer service
- Some AR / AP tasks when assigned
Office Support Specialist Qualifications :
- 2 years or more of experience as office support / customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Strong Organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task proficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members
- Must have the highest integrity, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately
