Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and support
Manage and maintain order pipeline, tracking customer inquiries in the system
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues while providing product and service information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Quality customer service skills
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Teams, and Excel
Ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with clients and internal staff
