Pending State License accepted : No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions : Must work 2 / 3 major holidays Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements : Required : 3-4's in Neuro and Ortho; General, urology, Endo / Laparoscopic, Podiatry. Robotics Preferred : Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, ENT Unit Information : Da Vinci Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RN s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
