As a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services, following the values, principles, and success patterns.

You will be a member of with a cross-functional team and work with Product Management, Architecture, and other stakeholders to help define, prioritize, and validate the solution under development.

  • Product Ownership : Act as the primary voice of the customer and point of contact for the product, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Vision and Strategy : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritization : Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items.

Requirements Gathering : Elicit and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams.

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.
  • Agile Framework : Implement and champion the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are followed.
  • Roadmap Development : Contribute to a product roadmap that outlines the delivery schedule and milestones.
  • Release Planning : Participate in release planning, including prioritization of features, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team dependencies.
  • Metrics and Analysis : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Delivery : Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time.
