Sr. Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician (CDL Class A Required)

Location :  Pottstown / Lancaster, PA

Pay :  $28–$30+ per hour (based on experience)

Schedule :  Monday–Friday | 12 PM – 8 PM | Overtime after 40 hours

We’re hiring a Diesel Mechanic / Class A CDL Driver  to keep our fleet of trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles running at peak performance. This full-time role offers steady hours, a supportive environment, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain  diesel engines, tractors, trailers, and heavy-duty trucks

Perform  preventative maintenance  (oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, etc.)

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Road-test vehicles  and transport equipment (CDL A required)

Document work performed and maintain accurate service records

What You’ll Bring

2+ years  of experience as a Diesel, Fleet, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Valid CDL Class A license  (required)

Inspection license  (required)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Basic computer proficiency
