Who You'll Work With

As a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solution Owner, you'll work directly with clients and their stakeholders to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business transformation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, security, and business leaders, while guiding them through every stage of the engagement. In this role, you'll serve as both a trusted advisor and delivery lead, ensuring projects achieve their objectives while creating lasting value for clients.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, security, and business leaders, while guiding them through every stage of the engagement. In this role, you'll serve as both a trusted advisor and delivery lead, ensuring projects achieve their objectives while creating lasting value for clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, from initiation through go-live.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and governance structures to align with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, managing scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct assessments, lead fit-gap analyses, and design scalable, future-ready cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Partner with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
• Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies; establish and guide Scrum teams as needed.
• Oversee testing, readiness, and change management to support user adoption and successful rollouts.
• Provide regular progress updates, reports, and executive-level communications.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting ongoing governance.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
