Temp Shipping Manager / office assistant in VERNON. 9-3 w 30 min lunch and 2 15 minute breaks Timing- approx 10 / 13-11 / 25 . Great if they have FREIGHT SHIPMENT EXP AS WELL, MUST HAVE have experience using shipstation, word and excel. must know how to insert tables into excel sheets and work with spreadsheets. create spreadsheets to track and pull client distribution by clients, which shipments go to each store, tracking numbers, tracking information. This is their holiday season and they're 4 x's busier. Will be working with multiple clients with as little as 10 boxes and up to 700 boxes in orders, boxes are generally the same size, coordinate with each carrier for shipments, create labels, coordinate, freight shipments going to various stores. provide clients with tracking information,
