Customer Service Manager - $130,000- Spring Valley, NY :

R2 have teamed up with a leading B2B organization on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Manager to navigate the company through their exciting period of growth.

We need an individual with a strong background of working for organisations that have had or currently have high transactions of selling products, within a B2B organization. You will be particularly skilled within orders coming in through via multiple sales channels such as phone calls, emails, online etc.

This is a really opportunity for someone to come in and have the ability to upskill the existing customer experience team, that would report directly into you whilst having the opportunity to be able to put systems in place and build the department out as they continue to grow.
