We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Process Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will support process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with senior engineers to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

📍 Location : Tucson, AZ

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role :  Process Engineer Associate

Pay Scale :   $56, 160 – $72, 800 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

∙ Evaluate existing assembly processes and identify areas for improvements.

∙ Work to implement new manufacturing processes in a timely manner.

∙ Update, create and sustain Standard Work documents.

∙ Create and update drawings using Pro / Engineer or SolidWorks.

∙ Work as part of a project team in the development and implementation of automated processes.

What We're Looking For :

✅  Less than 1 year 2 years related experience preferred

✅ Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and automation technologies ✅ Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations (QSRs) is a plus ✅ Experience with CAD programs such as Pro / Engineer and / or SolidWorks ✅ Strong computing skills utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
