A company is looking for a Regional Benefits Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with health plan members and service providers to optimize benefits and services
Monitor referral activity to ensure timely service fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with management and Account Managers on reporting, escalations, and performance assessments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or program coordination
Experience in Public / Community Health or a related field preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and remote work environment
Proficiency in navigating multiple technology platforms and portals
