VIP Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Schertz area. This role is all about building relationships, generating new business, and delivering staffing solutions that help local companies succeed.

What You’ll Do :

Grow the Schertz Market : Develop and execute a sales plan to capture opportunities in the area.

Generate New Business : Prospect light industrial and professional office clients through in-person cold calls, phone outreach, and networking.

Build Trusted Partnerships : Consult with businesses to understand their hiring needs and present staffing solutions that work.

Collaborate for Success : Work closely with recruiters to ensure client needs are met and relationships are nurtured.

Deliver esults : Exceed growth targets while providing exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven Sales Experience : 2+ years in outside sales required; staffing industry background a plus.
• Relationship-Builder : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and influence.
• Strategic & Driven : Able to build a pipeline, track progress, and close deals.
• Resilient Multi-Tasker : Comfortable managing multiple clients and opportunities.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) & familiar with CRMs.
