Position : Payroll Clerk

Location : Tualatin, OR

Job Type : Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Fulltime

Compensation : $50,000 - $52,000 a year

Responsibilities :

  • Managing payroll data for a large number of employees
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
  • Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
  • Undertaking other related duties as necessary

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admin / office work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
