Job Description

• Select from a range of standard photographic equipment and take routine pictures and video in situations where several shots can be taken
• Produce pictures that are taken for informational, identification & publicity purposes
• Be able to focus, center, and provide simple flash-type lighting for typical subjects and events
• Maintain necessary receipts and document work orders

Job Requirements

• Due to government security requirements, must also be a U.S. citizen
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of still photography and experience with professional still cameras
• Knowledge with flash-type lighting
• Experience with photo and video editing software, preferably Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Knowledge of Air Force culture and protocol a plus
• Ability to perform photo scanning and file transfers
• Computer system knowledge and familiarity with both Apple and Windows
• Effective communication and customer relations skills
• Able to interact with customers in English with effective oral and written skills
• Ability to solve most problems through consultations with more experienced photographers, if available, or through reference sources
• Possession of a valid and active drivers license
• Ability to understand and agree to the following :
• Some overtime may be required
• Work hours may be flexed by employer to meet schedule
• Relocation is not provided

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time.

Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone.

Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance;

reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
