Director of Capture Management / Federal & DOD

Blueprint Creative Group seeks a Director of Capture Management to lead capture efforts, shape winning strategies, and convert opportunities into contract awards with a focus on Department of Defense, HHS, and NASA.

• You’ll lead the development and execution of capture strategies, working closely with the business development lead and proposal teams to improve our win rate, expand our footprint in defense and federal health, and secure major awards in line with Blueprint’s 2025 Strategic Plan.
• We have a strong pipeline that will be yours to own from day one and close.
• The ideal Director is a rainmaker, entrepreneurial with strong business acumen, has deep relationships with federal program offices, has proven success in previous roles, and aggressively innovative in your capture approach.
