Base pay range : $180,000.00 / yr - $230,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Architect the core motivation engine that will transform users into a deeply engaged, self-sustaining community of co-owners.
• Own the mission of transforming our product from a simple utility into a compelling, game-like experience where contributing is as natural and rewarding as saving.
• Design the core game loop and systems that drive high-quality community participation, including metrics like accuracy score, contribution streaks, achievement badges, and leaderboards.
• Engineer for intrinsic motivation by moving beyond points and rewards to foster autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
• Codify first-principles engagement architecture into master blueprints and leverage AI tools to analyze engagement data and identify behavioral patterns of valuable community members.
