SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Administrative Assistant duties include : answering phonescalling employees to sign up for trainings held at the officefilingsend out monthly MPR's and financial statements to Support Coordinatorsmaintain confidentiality with paperwork handledand any other duties as assigned by the office manager and the Area Director. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Have good judgment Have good general writing skills and can articulate oneself on a variety of issues.Proficient in the use of email, Word, Excel and comfortable using a copy and fax machine Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with employees and clients Demonstrate professional phone etiquette working with employees, outside professionals, and state employees Ability to create simple documents and formal letters Ability to prioritize multiple projects and demonstrate time management skills Ability to work effectively in team to delegate projects Ensure compliance follow up is complete from corporate audits Help gather / collect the necessary files for all external audits Help to resolve billing issues, as they arise Collect individual budget worksheets each month from Support Coordinators Follow up with AD's on missing monthly paperwork (from the houses) that didn't get turned in / logged in spreadsheet Prompt / support AD's to complete all MPR's, subsidy trackers, house audits, and asset limit spending each month Assist / support APA's in collecting necessary PCPS items from AD's and Behaviorists Help ensure all filling is complete and up to date in office Work with and support managers / AD's on missing financial folders, action needed items REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of at least 18 years old Pass a criminal background check Pass a drug test Possess the ability to speak, read and write effectively in English Possess computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other data bases Possess basic math skills Basic understanding of behavior concepts in people with disabilities Have reliable transportation Experience or Education : High school diploma or GED Have good public relations skills in working with a variety of outside professionals and state employees.Training and Certifications Complete SOAR, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA training Complete Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation and Maltreatment Prevention training Complete Human Rights training The wage range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Powered by JazzHR
