A company is looking for a General Manager of a Gen-Z social app with over 125 million monthly active users, to lead product strategy and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end P&L and growth of the social app's business unit
Develop and execute the business unit strategy aligned with overall portfolio objectives
Lead and scale a cross-functional team while optimizing user engagement and monetization strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Head of Product, CEO, or GM roles, and 8+ years of leadership experience in product and growth
Proven experience managing a mobile app P&L and driving user growth
Experience building or scaling viral consumer apps serving millions of users
Strong analytical instincts with a focus on retention and user engagement metrics
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
