Loaner Administrator

The Loaner Administrator is responsible for managing the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet while providing administrative and operational support to the service department. This role ensures accurate tracking of loaner usage, assists customers, and helps maintain efficient day-to-day service operations.

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• If a Saturday is worked, one weekday off is provided

• $15.00-$18.00 per hour

• Manage and monitor the loaner vehicle fleet to ensure availability and proper usage

• Maintain accurate tracking of loaner vehicles using a spreadsheet (location, reason for use, and return status)

• Check out loaner vehicles to customers and ensure a smooth loaner process

• Assist with answering phones and directing customer inquiries appropriately

• Move vehicles on the lot as needed to support service operations

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the service department

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely move vehicles

• Previous experience in an automotive service or dealership environment

• Customer service experience

• Familiarity with dealership management systems (a plus)
