About the Role :

Inspīr Embassy Row is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Director of Resident Engagement & Cognitive Health to lead meaningful and engaging programming—supporting residents with mild cognitive impairment, social withdrawal, or adjustment challenges who do not quite yet require full memory care programming experiences.

The Director of Resident Engagement & Cognitive Health is a dynamic leader in resident experiences and cognitive health serving as the primary contact for residents and families . This role ensures residents remain engaged, independent, and fulfilled while receiving the right level of support. The Aura Director oversees individualized care plans, supervises staff, and fosters meaningful connections, all while ensuring seamless transitions between levels of care when needed.

Wage Ranges : Inspir Embassy Row believes in rewarding top talent and dedication, with a starting pay of $65,000 and the ability to earn up to $90,000, depending upon years of experience and commitment to the company.
