Learn more at Summary In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering training to all frontline housekeeping associates of a local hospital.
Key Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and deliver all new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levelsCustomize training documentation forms as requiredPrepare a detailed outline of account-specific training programs for the Environmental Services departmentPrepare monthly reports of training activity and statisticsLiaison with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff and unit resources Preferred Qualifications : Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or high service related field requiredTraining experience preferredAbility to multi-task and establish prioritiesAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipMust be proficient in the use of MS Office including but not limited to Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookApply to Crothall todayCrothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
