ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
As a Quality Assurance Analyst in the company's residential and commercial property inspections department, your primary focus is on supporting operational and administrative tasks while upholding standards for quality and service.
You coordinate and manage inspection schedules and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Working closely with inspection specialists, you compile, verify, and process inspection data using core logic systems.
Facilitating communication with insurance clients to ensure timely delivery of inspection reports is also key. You play a vital role in improving inspection processes by leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy continuously.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- 3+ years of multi-line commercial property and casualty experience
- Production experience - underwriting reading and evaluation
- A strong understanding of property evaluation processes
- Proven experience with Google and Microsoft Office products, plus property solution software like CoreLogic or similar.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward contributing to the department's goals
