TOTAL Salary : ~$85,000 base salary + % of clinic profit

This leadership role comes with a  competitive starting base salary plus a percentage of clinic profit —giving you the chance to share directly in the success you help build.

We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations in the Greater Philadelphia area, seeking a  Clinic Director  for our  Exton  clinic.

Our model is built around low patient volume (avg 10 VPD), high-quality care, and real autonomy. As  Clinic Director , you’ll lead a collaborative team of Physical Therapists and Patient Service Representatives, drive operational excellence, and help shape the growth of a thriving clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient care and staff experience
• Support, mentor, and develop your team of clinicians and PSRs
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, community partners, and patients
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic growth
• Maintain a partial caseload, providing hands-on patient care
