Stretch Zone Gastonia is looking for a motivated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our studio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

What Youll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients greeting guests, answering inquiries, and setting a positive tone for their session.
  • Manage schedules and sessions to keep the studio running smoothly and efficiently
  • Promote memberships and renewals with confidence and enthusiasm youll be a key part of our growth!
  • Communicate with clients and prospects via phone and text to book appointments and share information.
  • Support your team help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with Stretch Practitioners and the management team to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional, personalized experience.

  • Customer service or front desk experience preferred fitness industry experience is a plus!
