Logistics Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing administrative duties within the supply chain, including document organization, supplier and customer coordination, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage supply chain operations including inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Prepare and route purchase requisitions, shipping documents, and invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and correct errors to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and update logistics software.
• Assist in budget creation and financial reporting.
• Month and quarter end closing coordination
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Liaise with customers regarding order status and shipping information.
