Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to help manage the movement of DNA samples from customers to our labs, both across the US and internationally. In this role, you'll be central to our logistics operationsupporting our ever-growing network of dropboxes, troubleshooting shipping delays, and working closely with our extensive network of over 50 partner couriers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to dive into the world of logistics and learn the behind-the-scenes operations that power next-generation DNA sequencing.

What You'll Do

Expand our network of dropboxes

• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and scheduling of Plasmidsaurus' dropboxes at biotech hubs, universities, and research centers globally.
• Work with new customers who have requested local DNA sample pickup to provide them with a dropbox and activate it.
• Work with customer and facility contacts to gather necessary details and access permissions for dropboxes (dropbox pickup schedule, building hours, access cards, security protocols, etc.).

Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
