Position Title : Oracle APEX Low-Code Developer

Location : Remote (supporting Eastern Time Zone)

Clearance Requirements : Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

Position Status : Full-Time | Long-Term Contract (Base + 4 Option Years)

Pay Rate : Highly competitive (depending on qualifications)

Position Description

We are seeking an Oracle APEX Low-Code Developer to support mission-critical enterprise financial systems for a federal agency. In this role, you'll build and enhance secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications that streamline business processes and improve data accessibility across multiple product components.

You'll work within the Information Delivery Products Division (IDPD) supporting the Office of Financial Management Systems (OFMS) at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This team manages several mature enterprise systems within the Enterprise Business Product Line (EBPL) -including financial data management, data warehousing, document management, and master data governance platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX web applications that automate business workflows and integrate with enterprise financial systems.
• Enhance and support existing applications across multiple product components, including :

Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) : Core financial and HR data reporting platform.

Required Skills / Education :

Oracle Application Express Developer Certified Professional, or
