- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage limits, deductibles, and premiums.
- Review and update client policies as needed, ensuring they have adequate coverage.
- Process policy changes, policy renewals, and policy cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely and accurate information.
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Requirement

- Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred..
- Prior experience in sales required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
