About the Company

A rapidly growing radio pharmaceutical company is expanding its footprint in Springfield, NJ and undergoing a major facility upgrade. With over 700 assets under management and a team committed to GMP compliance and operational readiness, this site plays a critical role in supporting innovative diagnostics and therapeutics in nuclear medicine.

This newly created role is a direct result of increased asset volume and facility complexity. You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced CDMO environment where your technical expertise will directly impact patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facilities operations including HVAC systems, equipment maintenance, and calibration tracking.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure systems are functioning and documentation is audit-ready.
• Respond to facility alarms and elevate as needed.
• Escort vendors and enforce site safety protocols.
• Collaborate with metrology and engineering teams to maintain GMP compliance.
• Maintain and update asset records using Blue Mountain CMMS.
• Assist with general office and facility maintenance tasks.
